How to Self-Tour a MainStreet Renewal Home
Touring a MainStreet Renewal home for rent is simple and designed for convenience. Tour when you're ready, without having to coordinate schedules with an agent. Visit your future home seven days a week from 8am - 8pm.
Step 1: Find Your Home
Starting from the listing: find the home you’re interested in touring. Once you find a home you like, click on “Register to Tour.”
Step 2: Schedule Your Tour
In just a few steps, you’ll be able to easily self-tour many of our rental homes. Here’s how it works:
- Create an account or sign in with your Rently account if you’ve already registered with msrenewal.com.
- Verify your identity. For a safe and secure touring experience, you’ll need a government-issued ID for quick verification. Once you do so, you’ll be prompted to pay the required tour fees starting from $1.99.
- Choose a date and time for your self-tour. Homes are available to tour 7 days a week from 8am - 8pm.
- Confirmation. Once verified, you’ll receive confirmation via email and SMS for step-by-step instructions to access the home. Time to get excited!
Step 3: Tour the Home!
- Arrive at the home. Use the tour link sent to you via text for the address and instructions to access the home.
- Unlock the home using the access code provided from the tour link. You must be at the front door with your location access granted to receive the code.
- Tour the home! Take your time and envision yourself living there.
- Lock the home once you have finished touring, lock the home by closing the door and clicking on “Lock the Home” from your tour link.
