Pets are welcome here

We allow a maximum of four (4) pets per Main Street Renewal home. The combined weight of the pets should not exceed 300 pounds. We will defer to pet limitations set by a Homeowners Association or local ordinance if more restrictive.

There is a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent per pet. Please see the specific property page(s) for more information.

Small animals such as gerbils, hamsters, and guinea pigs are allowed except for ferrets, rabbits, and chinchillas.

All dogs and cats must be neutered or spayed. The Resident will maintain a valid vaccination certificate issued by a licensed veterinarian or a state or local authority empowered to vaccinate animals (or a designated agent of such authority) stating that the animal has received all vaccines required by applicable state and local law. It must include the animal’s name, description, age, date, and type of vaccination. A copy of the vaccination certificate should be provided to the Landlord by the Resident upon execution of the Lease and, thereafter, annually.
