Renew and Stay Home

Staying in a home you know and love is one of the easiest decisions you can make. Renewing your lease gives you continued comfort, stability, and peace of mind. Here’s what to expect as you approach your renewal window.

Renew in 3 Simple Steps

Step 1: Review Your Renewal Options

About 90 days before your lease ends, you will receive an email with your renewal offer and updated rates. Just open the link to review your choices. Please submit an inquiry in your Resident Portal if you need assistance.

You can also view your renewal options directly in your Resident Portal:

These will be available to see once the offers have been sent to your email inbox.

  1. Log into your Resident Portal.
  2. Click “View All Options” within the Renewal Banner at the top of the homepage.

Step 2: Review and Submit Your Renewal Selection

Review your renewal offers, choose the option that works best for you, and follow the prompts to submit your selection and generate your renewal documentation.

If you have questions along the way, our team is available to help you understand your options. Please submit an inquiry in your Resident Portal if you need assistance.

Step 3: Sign Your Renewal

After you submit your selection, your renewal lease will be generated and sent to all leaseholders via DocuSign. Check your email inbox for the link to review and sign electronically.

Once all leaseholders have signed, the lease will be reviewed and countersigned by MainStreet Renewal. You will receive confirmation once the renewal is fully executed and complete.

Why Residents Choose to Renew

Renewing means:

  • Keeping the home you’ve made your own
  • No packing, moving trucks, or setup fees
  • No new utility deposits or service transfers
  • Staying in a neighborhood you already know
  • Avoiding month-to-month rate increases

It’s the simplest way to keep life steady and uninterrupted.

Do you need any changes to your lease?

If a pet has joined your household, a roommate has moved out, or an adult has moved in, please let us know so your lease can be updated correctly for the next term. You will be able to request any changes while going through the renewal process in your Resident Portal.

Graduating to your next home?

If you decide not to renew, please remember that a 30-day notice is required unless stated otherwise in your lease, and your security deposit does not cover your last month’s rent. Here’s our helpful guide to maximize your Security Deposit.

I have been with Main Street Renewal for 5 years. I have experienced nothing but consistent, on-time responses. I just had a maintenance issue which was resolved the very next day. I have no complaints and I thank Main Street Renewal for being caring, professional and on-time.
