Main Street Renewal is proud to celebrate its second annual Rent-Free Holiday, an initiative created to celebrate and uplift residents who make a meaningful impact in the communities we serve. Each year, this program highlights individuals who demonstrate resilience, compassion, responsibility, and a deep sense of community pride—qualities that reflect the very best of today’s renter in America.
Now in its second year, Rent-Free Holiday received over 200 resident nominations submitted by Main Street Renewal employees across the country, resulting in 80 residents across 58 communities having their December base rent fully covered. Altogether, the program has contributed over $150,000 in rent payments, offering meaningful relief during the holiday season.
