You can search for a home by city, street address, or zip code. You can also type the address in directly if you’ve already found the home.
Once you have located the home you love, select “Apply Now”. Be sure to review the Qualification Requirements in their entirety before completing your application.
Your requested move-in date is contingent upon approval by Main Street Renewal. Your lease start date must be within 14 days of application acceptance or sooner, depending on the availability of the home.
Once you click "Apply Now", you will be prompted to create an account if you are a new user. If you already have an Applicant account, simply enter your information to login.
Be sure to complete all required fields and upload any documentation requested.
If applicable, add your roommates, or occupants, through the portal. Your roommate(s) will receive an email to log in to the portal where they will be able to submit their information and pay their application fee.
Review the charges and select your payment option. A $50 application fee is required for each person over 18 years of age who will reside in the home.
Once you have entered in all required application and payment information, submit your application and confirm the email address you provided for confirmation.
We process all applications as quickly as possible. Please keep an eye out for communications about your application status within 3-5 business days. If additional documents are requested, please provide them within 24 hours or your application may be cancelled.
Upon approval for your dream home, you will have 24 hours to pay your security deposit online and sign your lease.
