- Have you been convicted of a felony in the last 7 years?
- Have you been evicted in the last 5 years?
- Has a landlord turned your account over to a collections agency in the last 5 years?
- Is the total gross income of all applicants at least 3x the monthly rent?
Can you answer “No” to questions 1-3 and “Yes” to question 4? If so, you’ll likely pass the credit and background screening.
